What are Immomovies:

• The new kind, to find on simplest way real estates in the Internet.
• Immomovies are short, documented movies of two to three minutes duration, which offer you an exact look on the inside- and outside area of the residential object.

How do Immomovies function:

If we filmed a real estate object, then an additional diagram on the advertisement page, which you can click, appears. A click on this diagram opens a new page in your Browser with the following contents:

Note: The Bluewin (Swisscom) provider offers the best Internet infrastructure. For perfect film demonstrations, we therefore recommend to open up a free of charge Internet account at bluewin (Switzerland only).

Important note:
If you did not install QuickTime, you can't SEE the two QuickTime graphics. In place of the QuickTime graphics the Windows MediaPlayer logo APPEARS.

A click on one of the two MediaPlayer logos forces the Windows MediaPlayer to try to play the film. This attempt ends with an error message, because the MediaPlayer is technically not able to play QuickTime movies.
In order to be able to play QuickTime films successfully, QuickTime must be installed on your computer.

• A mouse-click on one of the four MediaPlayer graphics starts the appropriate, free of charge MediaPlayer available in the Internet and let the film play. Our technique is compatible with Windows, Apple Macintosh and Linux/UNIX computers.

What you must know:

• If you want to look at an Immomovie in the QuickTime-Mode 1 (Image quality: Well), the loading time is approx. 3 - 8 seconds. The loading time for the QuickTime-Mode 2 (Image quality: Very well) is approx. 10 - 20 seconds. These loading times apply to newer computers. The loading times are additionally dependent on the Internet Provider you use. Our recommendation is bluewin.
  
  Please note that the QuickTime Player can be in the background. In order to get the QuickTime Player into the foreground, you select the task border (Windows) or select the QuickTime Player Program on the top right in the menu border (Macintosh).
  
  Immomovies contain a separate sound track for the spoken comments. Therefore make sure that the sound system of your computer is switched on. Double-click on the tone symbol in the task border on the right (Windows). Click the control panel symbol tone (Macintosh).

Tips for experienced users:

• Experiment with the QuickTime Player. Select the menu Edit/Preferences/Connection Speed. Try different versions and consider the effect, you will obtain on the QuickTime-Mode 1 (Image quality: Good). Have fun!
  Under Windows the window for the Connection Speed must be closed first, so that the modifications become effective.
• If the QuickTime-Mode 1 (Image quality: Good) shows chapter tracks (e.g. kitchen, balcony etc.), please press the stop button before moving forward or backwards to other chapters. Thus you ensure the correct function of this comfort function.

I cannot watch real estate objects as movies:

• Please have a little patience!
  In order to be able to watch our films, you need at least free supplementary software.
  You can choose between:

• Realplayer and
• Windows MediaPlayer
  
  
• Tip: The video quality depends very strongly on the software used. We recommend QuickTime. See table:
